Psychology

Fisayo is a warm, grounded, and culturally responsive Registered Provisional Psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s most complex challenges. She brings a deeply empathetic and collaborative approach to her work, rooted in the belief that healing happens through safe, attuned, and empowering relationships.

Fisayo holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University (2024), a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Northern British Columbia (2012), and a Diploma in Professional Counselling with specialized certification in Addiction Counselling from the Vancouver College of Counsellor Training (2014). Her background spans clinical, community, and group settings, with experience supporting clients across generations and cultures.

Her integrative approach draws from evidence-based and trauma-informed modalities, including CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, IFS, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Somatic practices. She works with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, addictions, life transitions, stress/burnout, self esteem, identity development, emotional regulation, parenting challenges and more. Fisayo has a particular interest in working with neurodivergent clients, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, BIPOC populations, and those navigating cultural or intergenerational trauma.

Clients describe Fisayo as a steady and compassionate presence—someone who listens deeply, honours complexity, and gently guides the therapeutic process at a pace that feels safe and meaningful. Her work is grounded in anti-oppressive values and a deep respect for each client’s lived experience, voice, and inner wisdom.

Fisayo is currently pursuing advanced training in EMDR and Emotionally Focused Therapy to deepen her trauma and relationship work. Her style is deeply relational, intuitive, and insight-oriented—she meets clients with genuine curiosity and helps them reconnect with their inner resilience.

Above all, Fisayo believes that therapy should feel like coming home to yourself—one conversation at a time!

Andrew Burke is a Registered Provisional Psychologist with over 20 years of experience working across mental health and forensic settings. His background includes providing therapy, conducting formal psychological assessments, offering consultation, and developing programs—all rooted in a deep commitment to evidence-based care.

Andrew offers both therapy and comprehensive psychological assessments for children, adolescents, and adults. His therapeutic approach draws from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) for PTSD, and Narrative Therapy. He places a strong emphasis on the therapeutic alliance and works collaboratively with each client, guided by their personal theory of change. His work is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and centered on the belief that meaningful and lasting change is possible.

Andrew also brings extensive expertise in psychological assessment, taking a thoughtful and thorough approach that extends beyond diagnosis. His assessments aim to clarify root issues, rule out alternative explanations, and offer practical, real-world recommendations that clients—and their support systems—can apply. He conducts assessments related to ADHD, learning disorders, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, executive functioning, personality structure, and forensic risk. Andrew is especially skilled at making complex findings understandable and actionable for clients, educators, legal professionals, and health care providers alike.

Clients can expect Andrew to be calm, engaged, and genuinely respectful of their experiences. Whether supporting someone in therapy or walking them through an assessment, his goal is to bring clarity, reduce confusion, and help clients gain the tools and insights they need to move forward with confidence.

Andrew has worked within public forensic mental health programs, school systems, and community-based services. He holds a Master of Counselling Psychology from the University of Calgary and is in good standing with the College of Alberta Psychologists. Manjinder is a warm, welcoming, and empathic Registered Provisional Psychologist who believes therapy is for everyone. With the right tools and support, she believes all individuals have the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

She works with young adults, adults, and couples navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Her approach is deeply client-centered—rooted in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Manjinder understands that no two individuals are the same and thoughtfully tailors her approach to meet each person’s unique needs, ensuring that therapy is as effective and meaningful as possible.

Manjinder holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling from City University of Seattle (2024) and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from MacEwan University (2020). She brings rich experience working with individuals from diverse cultural, social, and ethnic backgrounds. Her therapeutic work integrates evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Attachment Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Grief Therapy, while consistently centering cultural sensitivity and responsiveness.

At the heart of her work is a passion for empowering clients to navigate change, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.

Karen Gaudin received her Honours Psychology Bachelor of Arts undergraduate degree in 2010 from Grant MacEwan University; and her Masters of Counselling Psychology graduate degree in 2020 from City University of Seattle. Karen completed her thesis research in the area of student alcoholism screenings; in which the findings were presented at the AARE Conference in 2011 and proceedings published thereafter. Karen is passionate about and specializes in, the area of addictions; she has worked in the addictions industry collectively for 15 years. She worked at Homewood Health for 11 years as an Addictions Program Manager, and was the Addictions Clinical Lead at Insight Psychological from 2020-2023. Karen is a Registered Psychologist as of May 2022, and she enjoys providing both counselling and assessments services to teens, adults, older adults, couples and families. Most recently Karen’s new private practice ‘Authentic You Psychology’ opens up for business as of November 6th, 2023!
